Pens played Vancouver Canucks on Saturday and Geno was able to end his 11 game goalless streak. He owes it all to shutyour5hole who was in the crowd with the “Big Taste” sign.

Pittsburgh Penguins Team and Uniform Through Time
Tuesday, January 19th, 2010Russian Virgins! History! Bras and Panties!
Sunday, January 17th, 2010Sometimes, a situation is just so upsetting, that all you can do is pull from it a few small positives. Such is the case tonight. I am choosing to ignore the fact that my beloved Penguins lost 6 – 2 to Vancouver. Instead, I will walk away from this game with two bright points. Shockingly, they’re both Russian. (ahem, sarcasm)
Foley’s Pub New Website …
Saturday, January 16th, 2010In about 2 hours Pens are will drop the puck vs Canucks … Alex will be backing up John Curry … this is perfect opportunity for Geno come show up and break it down for his home town boy how its really done here in NHL.
Alexander Pechurski (sitting) fields questions from reporters w/ Ruslan Fedotenko translating
While thats happening i’d like to take take my time and do some business here …
First things first if you dont know what Foley’s Pub is and the way it relates to Pittsburgh Penguins well then … i am sorry ya’ll. But the good thing is that recently i helped make a new website for Foley’s Pub where you can checkout Video Gallery section how Pens fans kick it New York style: http://foleysny.com Even the Pensblog says its good, what else do you want? You all should check it out and help me with some feedback.
More Russians!
Saturday, January 16th, 2010

I’ve been saying it for years, and I’ll say it again, you just cannot have enough Russian in your everyday life. People without the pleasure of some Russian influence just have no idea what they are missing out on.
The Power of Flower. Living the Dream.
Saturday, January 16th, 2010Everyone who knows me, knows that I’m all about Geno.
Most have dubbed Jordan Staal to be “my boy”.
Some even connect me to TK because of my love and support for grinders…
If it is understood that I am 100% Geno, Staal or Kennedy, then I want to make it clear that I am 110% Marc André Fleury.
Evgeni Malkin Is Having A Seizure In The Penalty Box
Friday, January 15th, 2010Last night was wild … i am sorry for all those folks who went to sleep early! There were girls stripping for goals … wild gangbang orgies … crack cocaine … castration ceremonies … and of course Pens winning in the 3rd period! If ya’ll missed that well then try not to beat yourself up too much.
Apparently after the second period boys in the locker room were lifted by inspirational speech of BillyG. ”In the room at the second intermission, some guys talked,” forward Pascal Dupuis said. “We stayed positive and there was stuff that needed to be said. We said it in a positive way. We have a guy like Billy Guerin getting up in the room and saying the right things. Guys were following.”
Unfortunately, Evgeni Malkin was not I’M SCOR3 again last night. This marks his longest streak of 11 games without a goal. Its ok Geno we have your back! You know he was really trying to bury one with 7 shots on goal last night. Others behind Geno have at most 3 shots on goal: Crosby, Fedotenko, Guerin, and Letang.
Jordan Staal for the first time in his career had 3 assists in one game. He assisted on all three goals that were scored in the 3rd period by Tyler Kennedy (9), Matt Cooke (9) and Pascal Dupuis (11).
MAF had a big game as well after letting in 2 goals he was solid for the rest of the game. Made some huge saves including a poke check on a Dustin Penner breakaway and fueled Pens comeback.
Some inside scoop has told me that Geno is scoring mad goals on Saturday against Canucks! Can’t wait! LETS GO GENO!
Here is something to keep you hanging till next game … Geno having seizures in the penalty box … that means he is ready to score!!!!
LETS GO PENS!!!
MALKAMANIA!! SUPPORT GENO!!
Friday, January 15th, 2010Calling all Geno fans.
We Believe.
They say a picture’s worth a thousand words, so I’ll let them do the talking…
Para Pa Pa Pa I am Lovin’ It
Thursday, January 14th, 2010Para Pa Pa Pa I am Lovin’ It … no not McDonalds and not even MacDonald … I am loving hockey! Its actually really funny to think that hockey is by far most superior sport in the world. I mean think about this the NHL has dodged steroids, crooked referees, gambling scandals, domestic abuse and thug life. Lets keep hockey clean and we understand that your dad used to play for Penguins in 1970s but still thats not how you win in hockey … fire MacDonald.
What a great hockey game last night for Pittsburgh Penguins! Even though Evgeni Malkin was not I’m Scor3 yesterday amma still love him while he is rockin’ that Penguins jersey. He did look extremely hungry last night … hopefully someone will feed him tonight. He skated well, entered the offensive zone like a boss and took good shots … just needs to bury one.

MAF had his game of the season last night. He stopped basically everything flamingCs had to offer, 37 saves. Our boys were playing pretty tight D as well. Check out this clusterpuck in front of the Penguins net.
Because of MAF performance last night this puckbunny has changed her mind. If in the beginning of the game she was like …
At the end of the game she was like … actually her name is Kristyne De Mott .. but who cares?!
Sidney Crosby (30), Bill Guerin (15) and Tyler Kennedy (8) all scored for Pittsburgh. Crosby has goals in four straight games and hit the 30 goal plateau in just his 47th game of the season. Crosby is on pace for 51 goals and has never scored more than 39 goals in a season. One word … Trade Crosby!
Godard took a pretty bad penalty but made up for it when he dropped gloves with Brian McGrattan
BillyG with the needed game winning PPG that was deflected from Sergei Gonchar’s slap shot. Speaking of Gonchar and his elbow hit on Clutterbuck has made some people upset. While Gonchar is not expected to face discipline over the hit he did share his side of the story. While we are talking about Sarge its worth mentioning that Ray Shero and J.P. Barry, the agent for Sergei Gonchar held their first set of substantive talks Tuesday afternoon in Calgary. While no official offer was tendered to Gonchar but Pittsburgh is now focused on a three year extension. Gonchar is believed to be seeking deals of 3 years – $15 million and 4 years – $20 million. If a true home-town discount was on the table, a deal would have been struck a while ago. Shero is willing to go as high as $4.25 million per season on a three year extension and are willing to go $5 million per season {Gonchar’s current salary} on a two year deal. Meanwhile, regarding Kris Letang, there has been “absolutely” no movement towards a new deal. [http://insidepittsburghsports.com]
This was one of the most complete and confidence-inspiring games in a while. Lets take the momentum from this game and apply it tonight with the back to back game against Edmonton Oilers.
Some notes …
John Curry has been told he will remain with the team until the end of the Penguins road trip. Brent Johnson who is experiencing some technical difficulties with his groin will not be cleared to suit up until next week at the earliest.
Same goes for the candyman, Brooks Orpik, who is hopeful to practice on Friday but won’t be cleared to play at any point during the rest of the road trip.
Luca Caputi will drop his pants and shake up his booty, might also play on the 4th line tonight but is expected to see time on the top two lines.
There has been talk that Ben Lovejoy is getting a strong look to remain with the team. Only problem is there isn’t enough space on the Penguins roster. Ben has 4 goals and 7 assists with the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton Pens this season so far.
Again puck drops at 9:30pm EST … get some coffee!

New Pittsburgh Penguin Max Talbot A&L Motor Sales Commercial
Wednesday, January 13th, 2010Here is the new Pittsburgh Penguin Max Talbot with Mikey and Big Bob from the 961 Kiss Morning Freak Show, also starring Tall Cathy From 961 Kiss along with Alex and Sarah from A&L Motor Sales in Monroeville, PA
If you remember the original version of this commercial that was pulled off air because it featured officially licensed NHL Pittsburgh Penguins logos without proper permissions.
West Coast like 2Pac!
Wednesday, January 13th, 2010As I sit here eating my toast with jam, I cant help but wonder if Evgeni Malkin is in Calgary doing the exact same thing this very minute.
It’s no secret that, recently, Geno has been experiencing his fair share of struggles in regards to scoring goals. It is also no secret that he places the blame entirely on himself.
Some people react to scoring droughts with anger, some react with despair.. others, simply “believe”
Late Night/Early Morning Genotease or A Special Type of Love
Tuesday, January 12th, 2010I’m a firm believer in some tough love, when the situation is right. For example, Pascal tends to react favorably performance wise when usbzoso verbally berates him by roaring “PASCAL, YOU SUCK” as he misses the net by 15 feet… for the third time in a game.
Now, we all know our very favorite Russian, Zhenya Malkin, has just not been himself recently. I could sit here and speculate for the next 3 hours why that is, but I’ll leave it up to you to pick your favorite excuse. It could be anything from a lack of health or lack of confidence to a lack of Mama Malkin’s borscht or lack of satisfying blowjobs from Oksana. Whichever it is, it needs to be rectified…and soon.
Now, screaming “EVGENI, YOU SUCK!” is just not going to work with Malkin. First of all, he probably wouldn’t understand you anyway. Secondly, Geno is just the type of guy that needs understanding support, and reacts better to some old-fashioned unconditional love. So, in an effort to gently kick Geno into high gear, I offer up this reminder:
First Russian on the Conn Smythe, WOW!
Also, as a quick aside, Geno is virtually ensured to snap out of this funk Wednesday night, and have a HUGE game, in honor of usbzoso, since it’s his birthday! That puck hitting the back of the twine for the first time in 10 games will be Geno’s С Днем Рождения to him!
Jaromir Jagr Foursome Brawl
Sunday, January 10th, 2010This all started 30 min before the game during warm-ups between Vityaz Chekhov and Avangard Omsk when Alexander Svitov and Darcy Verot dropped gloves. Four minutes into the game former Pittsburgh Penguins star Jaromir Jagr was part a brawl-filled game. KHL considered yesterday’s brawl and decided to give technical defeat to both teams Vityaz and Avangard. These series of fights resulted in 691 penalty minutes against more than 30 players. The game had to be suspended because neither team had enough players to continue.

Hitting The Road Hard … Fleury Injury Rumors
Saturday, January 9th, 2010Penguins are on the 10 day road trip for the next five games. First stop is in Toronto to face Maple Leafs. While Toronto has been struggling to find their game this season we can’t underestimate them. Last time they visited Pittsburgh the gamed ended with a loss for Pens 4-3. While Toronto has the league’s worst penalty kill unit, we can’t forget that Pens have the worst power play unit. Should be very interesting match up to watch.
Personally, I am very excited for our boys to hit the road and have a little change of scenery, shake off the holiday fat and get back into the game. There are some good news, Gonchar skated this morning with Brooks Orpik and indicated that he expects to play tonight. This is very good news for the Pens since they seem to struggle without Gonchar in the lineup. Ruslan Fedotenko who had some ankle problems was also skating this morning. He is hoping to be cleared to play tonight as well.
Some not so good news, Talbot has indicated recently that he feels some discomfort in his surgically repaired shoulder. He missed practice on Wed to be evaluated by doctors. Rumors had it that he might be sidelined for a week or two.
There also have been some rumors floating around that Fleury is playing though an upper body injury. Another rumor source indicated that Fleury has an upper left arm injury that has been nagging him for weeks. While all these might just be rumors MAF is 1-6 in his last 7 games with a 4.48 GAA and a .870 save percentage. If there is some truth to these rumors I would expect to see more of Brent Johnson in the net this road trip.
Mike Yeo who was recently hospitalized with undisclosed illness in Florida will remain in Pittsburgh over the weekend to be monitored by Penguins doctors.
Some more rumors have been floating around regarding Penguins assistant coach Tony Granato. Its believed that the Columbus Blue Jackets head coach Ken Hitchcock could be let go when the team returns home from their road trip. There is a speculation that Blue Jackets GM Scott Howson has an interest in Tony Granato. Granato who signed a two year contract does include an out clause if he receives head coaching offer.
Evgeni Malkin is scoring tonight!

The Redemption Day Is At Hand! Goodbye Alyonka!
Friday, January 8th, 2010Quite frankly i didn’t make a post yesterday not because i had nothing to say but rather i didn’t want to delusion you into thinking the Pens were going to win last night. I simply didn’t think they were ready for a big come back just yet. Prior to the game i checked the star and planet alignment that simply did not favor the Pens. No amount of Crush Orange soda could have saved the Pens. However, worry not my brothers and sisters because i do have some good news. The Redemption Day Is At Hand!
I fell asleep and suddenly found myself surrounded by muddy waters. You know that feeling you get when you wake up in the morning and trying to recollect things you did and said last night? Well if you don’t then i got plenty for both of us but i am not about to share those with you. All of us can learn from our mistakes the trick is not to dwell on it for too long. This is exactly what Pens need to do. They know they haven’t been playing well and maybe lady luck was just not on the right side of the goal post but every nightmare must come to an end. This is where i come in to help you recognize the signs of upcoming salvation.
You know sometimes you just walk out your door gaze at the sky and all the signs are there. When you can no longer ignore them well then just learn embrace them. When Dad stares at you from the Heavens above you know something good is going to happen.
We all know how superstitious Sidney Crosby is and well for quite sometime he was not a happy player. However, last night a miracle occurred! In his frustration Sid ran into the locker room during the game to look for his lucky rabbits foot. To our excitement he finally found it in front of the Flyers net (aka as defenseman Kimmo Timonen’s foot), just in time for the 10 day road trip! There is no stopping him now.
Evgeni Malkin … Geno, Geno, Geno … what are we going to do with you? Well the good news is that Женя doesn’t deny his mistakes and poor performance. First step in helping yourself is admitting you have a problem. He is definitely not in denial! Once again the good news is that Geno’s Holidayitis is supposed to be over today, Jan 8th! Geno has meditated on his recent performance and saw his talent’s true reflection. He is ready to hit the road Jack!
While Sid was busy looking for his lucky rabbits foot … Sergei Gonchar was busy looking for his regular foot. It appears as he finally found it and will be ready for Saturday’s game. It seems like a lot of slumps Pens go through is when Sarge is out with an injury.
Kris Letang was playing like he doesn’t want to get traded. Some big hits and an assist last night from him.
Everything and everyone seem to be in place for the big come back on the road … except well for Alyonka Larionov … we will miss her. However, her decision will likely not affect the Penguins in any way since she doesn’t lace up much.
THE REDEMPTION DAY IS COMING ON SATURDAY, JANUARY 9TH!
