Operation Malkin Militia A Great Success!

Tuesday, December 29th, 2009

Regardless of the outcome of the game and sustaining minor casualties Operation Malkin Militia has been proclaimed a great success! Primary operation objectives were to

A. locate and penetrate The Igloo
B. establish militia presence by holding ground and using loud vocals
C. proudly fly Malkin Militia flag for all to see

Here is the Official Report …

Sometime early in the morning on Dec. 26 Malkin Militia boarded Japanese made military vehicle and started making its way through the enemy territory towards the primary objective location.

Approximate travel distance is about 400 miles or 650 kilometers. Official map of Operation Malkin Militia. (classified)

Completing Primary Objective A. while passing through enemy territory turned out more tricky then originally expected.

Malkin Militia encountered many traps, ambushes, and decoys cleverly set up by our foe on the way. In other words locating and penetrating The Igloo was not as easy task. This wasn’t The Igloo …

Neither was this …

Nor this …

Not even one of these two …

We didn’t let our clever enemy bring us down and continued to fight our way to the front lines. At times it seemed like we were flying at the speed of light.

Soon enough we started seeing familiar places and familiar faces. We knew we were getting close.

And then finally we have spotted our Primary Objective A. The Real Igloo … in all its glory and majesty …

On the first day of the battle Malkin Militia sustained minor casualties … two recruit of Malkin Militia could not keep up with the fast pace of the battle and left their blood or maybe ketchup spread all over the battlefield. However, we simply could not abandon our mission and two other high ranking officers of Malkin Militia, although sustained serious injuries over night decided to continue the operation the next day. Mario (all the way right), 4 Canadians, and Malkin Militia sustaining injuries in battle.

Artifacts spotted on the battlefield worth mentioning here …

The next day we had to penetrate The Igloo and we came prepared. High ranking officer AlexL and usbzoso.

Yes we did this all because of you ….

We penetrated The Igloo … established our ground … and proudly flew our flag!

During this heroic battle …

1. At least twice Geno looked up at the flag
2. At least twice Malkin Militia flag was rocking The Igloo Jumbotron
3. Honorable picture of the Malkin Militia flag placed on the official Pittsburgh Penguins website. Here is a screenshot.

For its brave actions and distinguished service Malkin Militia was awarded highest Medal Of Honor …

Thanks to Lisa R. for presenting this Medal Of Honor to the key members of Malkin Militia. Here is the ceremony picture.

Operation Malkin Militia completed successfully! Long Live Geno! LETS GO PENS!!!
