LINK CITY: Malkin sucks, Crosby’s underrated Source: The Pensblog
A ridiculous article was posted on the Internet recently, asking whether Malkin has peaked while speculating that Malkin will be part of a blockbuster trade if “things continue to get worse.” Only thing that continually got worse was that article as it went on. For those of you not familiar with Internet lingo, this article could be considered “flame bait.” The only reason it was written was to see what kind of rise the author could get out of people. On the other side of the coin, Rob Rossi wrote an article recently wondering if Crosby is underrated … Read this article

Gooooalllll Source: The Pensblog
The XBOX team had clawed their way back against a formidable opponent in the Montreal Canadiens. With the opposing team using player names such as Brian Gionta, Mike Cammaleri, and PK Subban, the tension was palpable at the drop of the opening faceoff. Down 2-0 at the end of the first, the scrappy Pensblog team dug in. Sporting Christmas colors and using player names such as Frosty the Snowman, Cindy Loo-Snipe, Ralphie Parker, and Ebenezer Scrooge, Team Pensblog came out in the second period ready to serve revenge as cold as the ice surface. They scrapped their way back, tying it up at 2, before Gionta scored a spin-o-rama backhand goal to make it 3-2 heading into the third. Halfway through the third, Cindy Loo-Snipe lived up to his namesake, jamming home a goal in front to tie. With 59 seconds remaining, Gionta did another spin-o-rama backhand to make it 4-3. Frosty the Snowman, a steady presence on the blue line, calmly said, “We're gonna score.” With 17 seconds left, it happened … Visit link
